I had a Verizon phone, a Samsung Reality that I've had for a little over a year now. Yesterday, I accidentally took it into a hot tub with me. Needless to say, the phone's not working anymore. I've never destroyed a phone before, so I don't know Verizon Wireless's policy on replacements. How much will I have to pay (approximately) to either get the phone replaced or to purchase a new one on the same contract? I just want to know what my options are before I go into the store.
