I have some questions on verizon's warranty on phones.
My cousin got her enV2 snapped in half, her warranty expired last December. So then she goes to buy a new phone and she gets the enV touch for 50 dollars??? how is this when the upgrading fee is like 400 dollars for it (I found out the upgrading fee on the verizon website) ? If the warranty is up wouldnt you have to pay for the phone just as if you were upgrading it??
I have the enV2 still right now and i would like to upgrade to the enV touch, but i don't want to pay 400 dollars for a phone! Would I just have to break my phone and then I could get a better deal or what?
Also how do you check your phone's warranty? I cannot find out how to find it. Shouldnt you be able to check it on the verizon website?.
