my phone, the verizon blitz is horrible! I'm not the main phone-line, my parents are, but i just got it in september and 3 months later i got a new one because my camera had a black dot appear in it. Now I cant recieve or make calls -- and my contract isnt over until about this time next year + a little later. I have NO idea what to do, i keep having major problems with it, it isnt a good phone overall. Will verizon let me upgrade early after so many problems? Or What Do I need To Do?
