Verizon phone policy?

If you have insurance on the phone maybe. If not, no they won't replace it for free because it was damaged due to your negligence letting your dog get at it.
 
I have the new enV3 and got it in July. My dog has bitten it several times to a point where it can still be used but slow and uncomftorable. Will verizon replace it?
