I'm looking for a new phone. I am on verizon and I want a phone/PDA and or Blackberry devise that has a following requirements in this order.

1. Good keyboard for typing ( I send lots of text messages) Qwerty?
2. Fast internet connection for browsing (Mobile web with my E815 sucks)
3. Big screen with good quality
4. Extra storage to use 1GB card with media (video not mp3's)
5. Good calander to manage business appointments
7. Speaker phone and vibrate function, Bluetooth as well
8. And oh yea it should be a good quality phone and not sound like crap

Am I asking too much here? I don't really need fast email function but going online to check my Yahoo or Aol mail would be kinda cool. I'm on the east coast!

To me you've described the LG VX9800.

-Amazing speakerphone
-Loud dual speakers for music listening/ringtone & has strong vibrate (can set it to ring/vibe at same time)
-if in a Evdo area internet flys
-blue tooth
-works with 1gig minisd card
-many nice lil extra features (call announce, txt read, business card reader, easily customizable with data cable)
-calender (not as strong as some PDA ones but is good enough for average purposes)
-very portable
-clear screen
-can sync up with your computer calender (if you don't feel like inputting all your dates/times through the qwerty keyboard)
-great battery life (and you can purchase extended battery if you find you use the internet or extrea features heavy during the day)
-clearest 1.3mp camera I've ever seen:

(sample photo I took on way to work in NYC. 640x480 *can go 1 setting higher*)

I could continue to rave about this phone, but bottom line: great mix of functionality, with features, with fun.

Could be even greater if Verizon didn't block some of it's better features (most blue tooth features disabled on ALL verizon phones, bland UI *again.. Verizon*, disabled DUN *you can get around it, but not suggesting it*, disabled WAP downloading, etc. etc.)

I'll stick with this phone until it splits in two or I leave for sprint/nextel (after it fully merges). Definitely worth a look. (The phone)
