So my family and I just changed carriers from AT&T to Verizon on the 31st. The lady at the store was supposed to move all of my info from my AT&T phone to my new Verizon phone (LG Ally), which she mostly did, but she forgot to change my phone number over. My dad and I called the customer service people and they helped me figure out how to do it on my phone but now I can't receive or make any phone calls! The internet works fine and my apps and stuff are fine I think but I can't use my phone for a phone! It's SO frustrating! The woman said it usually takes about 3 hours to activate it, but it's been about 8 hours since then. What's going on?? When do I get to use my phone for a phone?? I need to be able to get in touch with people! Also, she said I'll receive a text message when everything's good to go, but I haven't received anything. I can't send any texts and I'm pretty sure I can't receive them either. So how is that going to work? Help?
