verizon phone insurance help please?

hello. i have the blackberry tour for verizon, and have insurance on it. the other day i had it in by backpack at school, and when i went to take it out, the front screen was broken. i was wondering if there is any way i can get a replacement phone that is NOT the blackberry tour, such as the iphone or blackberry storm. thanks a lot
