i have the samsung reality. it pretty much sucks. it always shuts off and resets itself to factory settings! it makes me so mad! i'm on my fourth one since i've purchased it in June of 2010. they just keep replacing it. i was wondering if there is anyway they would maybe switch devices? like, even a refurbished one? and i don't want a stupid feature phone. maybe a really cheap smartphone? is there any chance that they will do this? i am looking for either a current or past verizon store employee to help me out. Thanks!
