my sister has the pay as you go thing by verizon and she uses her LG EnV 2 and i was wanting to know if you can use any phone as pay as you go. i have a Razr phone and want to put minutes on it so i can txt and i was also told that they have a thing that you can pay a certain amount and get unlimited txting to anybody on verizon or any other phone carrier. is that true?
