Verizon or Sprint for 6700 in Los Angeles? Treo 700?

My contract with T Mobile is up by the end of January. I want a Pocket PC phone to replace my sidekick ii. Which high speed data service is better in Los Angeles, Verizon or Sprint? Also, how's the new Treo 700? Pros and cons compared to the 6700? I know Sprint charges 25 for their data while Verizon charges 45 so I wonder if theres a difference.
 
I had Sprint in Los Angeles for about 3 years and thought it was pretty good.

Untill I moved into an area where my sprint phone didn't work so good, but my friends verizon phone worked perfectly........I've been with Verizon ever since. In my opinion Verizon is the best.
