An unassigned IMSI_T is indicated by a 10 digit value equal to an encoding the 4 least-significant digits of the ESN with leading zeros.
In other words how do I reprogram my Motorola Q9c true IMSI using the above information.
I have Page Plus Cellular and would like to get my MMS and Internet Working on my phone.
I am in sort of a rush to get this done, because I have important pictures to send / receive on my phone, and can not do so until I get this fixed.
What I have done so far:
1)Called Page Plus...They activated the premium messaging on my account.
2)Called Level 1 and 2 Tech Support at Motorola... They told me if the service was activated then there was nothing they could do except tell me to check the internet for solutions
3)Checked Net for solutions found...

it helped once... meaning that it worked until my phone died and will not work again...
when my phone died, I lost the internet access that the above link gave me...
