i got the motorola rival in october and it already gave up on me. the inside of my phone is cracking and the whole cover plate is cracking. my phone delievers and recieves txt messages at a much later time. and drops every call that i recieve. i cant even call my voicemail. i didnt get my phone wet at all. i have not done any damage to my phone for this to happen. i am looking to replace it but i didnt buy warranty for it. some people are telling me they should replace it if verizon is at fault and some people are telling me i cant replace it. well verizon be able to replace it?
