I just got a Droid Eris in the mail from Verizon, it has a huge scratch at the top. I have always had full insurance on my phones. I wouldn't think they allow it, but is it possible to use the insurance, pay whatever fine they have, and get another one sent in. then give the damaged one to my wife? or should I just live with it.
