Verizon messed up my rebate, what do I do now?

Call Verizon's customer service.
"You can send us an email by filling out the form below. If you were unable to get an answer online or through email, please contact a rebate customer service representative at 1-800-457-0864. "
 
I submitted a rebate not too long ago for a hundred dollars. I received two different emails stating that my rebate request was not valid, I also received two different tracking codes for the same rebate. Tracking code: 37783***2 told me it is invalid because it was missing the receipt, tracking code: 377831***4 told me that it was invalid because of Missing Proof of Purchase (UPC) Bar Code Missing ESN / MEID. I sent both the receipt and the UPC, ESN/MEID in the same envelope together. I’m not sure how it is possible that you received them separately, yet were still able to track them both to my email, which was on the receipt and not on the bar code. Thank you for taking the time to adhere to my concern.

I tried to send this too verizon, but there comment box only allows 200 character so I had to drastically cut it down. I swear I sent the two items together though, how else would they be able to track the bar code to my email? This upsets me because now I am short 100 dollars because of something verizon messed up. How should I go about this?
