Couple of possibly redundant questions:
--What NAM are you in when you try to connect?
--Are you using Cricket's WAP provisioning exclusively?
You know, you can always use Verizon's WAP provisioning just to see if that works instead, since Verizon doesn't use proxy. Remeraber to reset your MIP settings to MIP Preferred if you're going to try that route.
