Before you do anything--be sure that the firmware you select supports dual NAM's. It may need to be enabled using a SEEM edit.
Then, ACTIVATE THE PHONE with Verizon!!! Be sure to do a *228 and a *228 option 2 once activated.
Then, backup the Verizon provisioning (the NAM, and CDMA info) using Motorola PST.
Flash with the firmware of your choice. Then reload the Verizon provisioning.
Then activate the phone's ESN with Cricket and get an MDN/MIN pair ready for it. Load the Cricket PRL into the other NAM and do your Cricket provisioning.
Done.
