Just connect it to your computer, and retrieve the contacts from My Computer ---> Your Phone ---> Contacts. You must have the software installed though. Something easier would be to just get a new phone, and take both to the Verizon Store. They can transfer all your numbers there.

...contacts? A friend of mine works at Verizon and suggested I dial *228 and select option 3 (change phone). Do this on the old phone then the new phone.Well, the next step is done from the phone itself but the display will not come on, therefore I can not retrieve Backup Applications. The turnwheel on the old phone doesnt click anymore, so I cant even follow the menus on the new phone while I am doing the same on the old one. Is there another way to retrieve the contacts? Maybe online? Please help.
