It's been nearly 2 months since I've purchased an IPhone 4 from Verizon & I already have complications where I can only connect to the Internet through Wi-Fi. After hours on the phone with technical support this issue was not resolved. I was informed that a replacement phone would be sent to me overnight. Upon receipt of the delivered package my wife noticed the replacement phone was packaged without the original Apple Iphone4. box and the words, "LIKE NEW" was taped onto the front of the screen, this to me means a refurbished phone. I had expected to receive a new as the one I had purchase was new at the time. According to Verizon they could only replace me a new one had this issue occurred within 14 days of purchasing the original phone. My question is would I expect a difference in quality?
