verizon iphone 4 4.3 and jailbreak

I have a iphone 4 from verizon. currently on 4.2.8 till verizon decides to make 4.3 available....is there a way to install a 4.3 iOS and then jailbreak it etc? I have a mac and access to the iOS sdk...is there any tips on this or how to proceed?

4.3 is for gsm phones only...in the next couple of weeks or month we will all be on iOS 5
