verizon internet plan.. is it free with my phone?

alright so i have an lg chocolate touch from verizon and i have a verizon plan. now, i want to use the internet on it but i'm not sure if it comes free with the plan. i checked online and with my plan it says "HTML INTERNET ACCESS - $0.00". does that mean that i have free internet access? or do i still pay for the internet at outrageous prices as i go? thanks
 
Internet access is never free- that HTML only means that the phone has an HTML browser. Depending on when you activated the phone, you could be paying as you go or you might have a data plan..
