I recently got the Verizon Intensity. I have unlimited texting and I was wondering if it would cost anything to use the Instant Messanger ("Mobile IM"), Chat, and Email.
The Mobile IM says when I click on it "You are about to access Mobile IM 3.0 application. Sue of this application is subject to your Customer Agreement, Calling Plan, and the Text, Picture, and Video Messaging Terms of use. All instant messages sent and received will be billed in accordance with your messaging bundle or based on the then-current standard TXT rates, per message/per address, as applicable." With unlimited texting (and such) does that mean this will be free?
When I open the Mobile Email it starts loading a page so I immediately exit so it doesn't charge me.
It does the same when I try to open the Chat.
Don't Tell me to call Verizion because I've tried and for some reason they are busy at the moment. If that is your suggestion, please don't waste your and my time posting it.
Please help! Thanks!!
