Hi. I got the HTC Droid Eris from Verizon in january. Sine then I have had to replace my phone 3 times so Im on my 4th phone already due to "software/hardware" problems, whichever. My phone went crazy on me all the time. Anyways this time the case is my phone got thrown and is now cracked all on the inside and the screen has gone black with white along the outside. If I have insurance will they let me get a new/refurbished phone. I know its not Verizon fault. Also Im curious if there is by chance I could change my phone since prior to this Ive had to change it so many times just because the phone itself had been acting up, and they do not sell the Eris anymore either. They just kept on handing me refurbished phones with the same problem. That was in a 6 month span.
