No problem the drivers are modified drivers but work flawlessly
you need to connect to the Serial Comport it will be under comports listed as Unlock Solutions.

Would you be able to modify drivers for the Boulder? Or will that already work? I dont have one to test

Woozy82 at mobile-files.com posted the Boulder drivers (get these from verizon's website), dll and PST. Just do a search for:

'CHMC PST for Casio/UTStarcom C711 Boulder'
