S Steve New member Feb 23, 2011 #1 Hello had the Fios techs out twice on this with no solution....for some reason channels 2-13 on my upstairs tv go blank sporadically. The higher channels are fine. The techs changed all the splitters. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!
