I currently have a verizon samsung galaxy droid, and I never use the apps or internet. So I've decided that I want to get a phone without internet. The envy touch is touchscreen & has a keyboard. Right now I pay $40 a month (data plan is $30). I do not want a data plan though, id like to only pay $10 a month, does the envy touch require a data plan?
