Verizon Cosmo Good or Bad?

For mothers day I want to get my mom a phone.
Hers is a flip phone that has just the numbers no QWERTY key boerd
she loves it. other then no full key board

I want to get her a phone that...
A. Has good battery
B. Easy to use


Is the Cosmo a really old phone?
Would it still work if it is?

Is it good for my mom?


Need answers ASAP!!!!
