Verizon contract help?

see my mom she wants to switch to AT&T because someone at verizon apparently doesnt like her and keeps badmouthing her and she wants to see her contract because they keep lengthing it and they say no......this is really making me on the virge of hating them but does anyone know what i should do cuz it beats me
