Verizon cellphone help?

Ok so last year I (very stupidly) got the motorizr Z6tv from verizon. In the past year the 4 phones that i have had all fell apart. On one the three button wouldnt work (this was after 2 weeks) on the other the buttons wore away and it randomly turned off and called people and on the other one the camera stopped working and the phone randomly turned off. Now with my fourth phone it again turns off and calls people, the other problem is the volume and speaker button fell out. I am yet again taking it back to the verizon store to get another phone but here is my question. They no longer sell the Z6tv (as of 3 months ago i belive). the only way i have gotten the phones was through the mail from some wharehouse. Will they give me the same phone somehow or will they give me a new completely different phone? If they give me a different phone will i get to pick it or will it be whatever they give me? I know this is a long question and i am whining a little and thanks for reading this. If you have any clue as to what is going to happen i would like to know. Thanks a ton!


P.S. I take good care of my phone it just falls apart.
 
you will get the same phone. verizons doesn't replace it the insurance company does. the only thing you can try, it most likely won't work. but just call and and bitch about how bad the phone is and just give them a good line of BS and you mite get lucky
 
i highly doubt they will just give you any phone, you'd probably have to send something in & get the same one...or buy a new phone.
