I have a Verizon Blackberry Curve that recently got wet by accident and it no longer works. I believe I do have insurance. If I take the phone in to a verizon store will they replace it for free? Or will there be a charge?
Also in the meantime since I can not use my phone to get text messages or calls, when I get a new phone will those texts or calls still show up? Or will they be lost? In addition will my pictures and contacts be saved?
