So I got my cell phone two years ago when I had Alltel. Now Verizon took over and I now have Verizon but I still have my Alltel phone. When I get my new Verizon phone does that count as an upgrade and will the price of the phone go down? Or, my parents signed the 2 year contract and got new phones but I still haven't; would the price go down because of that?
