I found a Verizon cell phone an I turned it in where I found it and they said I could keep it because all of the lost and found stuff was going to charity anyway. So my question is can I use that phone if It gets hooked up to plan? But the old number is in the section called my number , so will I still be able to use it. I am pretty sure the person who lost it got it disconnected now so I cant use it until I get a plan. Can I do that?
