Verizon Blackberry Tour Bluetooth Help.?

I have a Verizon Blackberry tour and the bluetooth it has seems to have issues. I want to transfer files like send them (pictures etc) to my friends and it connects to them, but i cant send them. It says that it keeps failing. What should i do, most of my verizon phones have this problem and my at&t and tmobile friend dont have this. Thanks
