i have the verizon bold and i got a text message last week to update it and ever since then my phones been freezing constantly and its switching screens a lot. now my bbms werent going through so i rebooted my phone it seems like bbm was completely taken off of my phone now! i dont know what to do im going to verizon now to see if they can take the update off. does anyone else have this problem?
