I'm trying to help out a coworker of mine who is looking at getting a new phone. He essentially wants a small, good RF phone, and easy to use phone. I've already recommened the cingular selection of phones to him but I know nothing about the verizon and tmo phones. Can someone give me a short list of the recommended verizon and tmo phones? No razr and no ebay.

Verizon
these phones have the best rf out of all of them
e815- is the best has many features little bigger than some.
v325- is thinner and has camera and has a good build quality.
nokia 2128i basic candybar phone but had good reception.
nokia 6236i which is a new verison of the popular 6230 series has great rf.
nokia 6256i which you can get at best buy it is not sold at the verizon store and this is a loaded phone too.

For what it's worth, both my wife and I have LG 8100 phones on Verison. We live in Colorado, not to far from Denver. We previously had ATT and had great reception. Now that we have Verison we're lucky to get any reception at all. The version folks say they are sorry, but they only guarantee reception out side, not in a building or home. It makes it kind of difficult running out side every time you get a call or when you want to make one, especially when it's snowing or over 100 degrees. I surely wouldn't recommend Verison to anyone.

T-Mobile: Nokia 6103, Motorola V195 (prepaid) or V195s (no camera, but has Bluetooth, great reception and sound quality, incredible battery life)
