I am need of some wording/verbage for a contract I would like to create.
I am an artist looking for exposure. I would like to offer the local bars in my area "free artwork" for them to hang in there establishments, in exchange for free exposure for me.
The problem is, that I give these things to bars to hang in thier establishments.....and in a few days, weeks, they "come up missing".....or someone that works in the bar takes them home.
Anyone have some legal wording I could use to be sure my artwork remains hung in the establishments, and isnt taken down?
