I signed up with Ventones today, and saw the link you had to click for sprint phones and i followed all the steps completely and when i check the properties of the saved video file, it says: 3GPP2 Content, not .3g2 as some answers have said. I've tried having them email it to me as well, and also typing in the URL they give you. I don't know what to do, any help would be appreciated. thank you.
