Vegetable Garden help?

We planted watermelon, dill, cantelope, zucchini,cucumbers, and habanero peppers(and other stuff but i can't remember everything) in raised beds and they were growing great! but now they're all gone!! something is eating our plants, and i don't know if it's a rabbit or gopher or mice but everything except the dill is gone. and we have an organic vineyard on our property so we can't use poison or anything plus it would get into the veggies, any NATURAL ways to get rid of this problem??all answers much appreciated=)oh.btw we do have fencing around the gardens and obviously we live in the country so... thanks!!=D
