I have recently become vegan. During my first month, I didn't eliminate all byproducts of animals, but this month I have wiped them out of my diet. At the beginning I started developing a rash/dryness on my eyes, almost like my lids were peeling. Now, I'm starting to feel fatigued, waking up too late, my throat is sore, especially when I wake up, and this past week my gums have been hurting. Today, I started vomiting. Is there something wrong? Please, any help is appreciated.
