...do i do? before I start it? Should I take off Carberurator and clean it, how do I get the old gas out of it?

the one main thing you do need to do is get that old gas out of it,that will make it run real bad even if it does start,you might also need to check the carb on it to see if any gas has set up in it and turned to varnish,this happens a lot with older gas,other than that change the oil and add a fresh battery to it and new gas,maybe a new fuel pump also and fire it up make sure all fluid levels are full before you try and start it,good luck

Definnitly drain the gas. You may have to drop the tank if you can't siphone it out. Changing the oil is always a good idea. Some carb cleaner in the carb couldn't hurt. The rest should be alright. Make sure theres no mouse nests in the air cleaner or on the engine. (they can start fires) Once you get running you can replace everything.

The old gas has shellacked onto the carb.. Have the carb rebuilt.. They will soak it in gunk to clean off the old gas,, and put all new floats,, seals n stuff in it..
With the carb still of,,
Drain the old oil.. Put 4 quarts of kerosene where the oil goes..
Pull out the spark plugs,, and shoot a few shots of penetrating oil into the spark plug holes. (leave the plugs out for now)..
Turn the engine over several times - allowing the kerosene to clean it..
The more you turn it over,, the cleaner it will get..
Drain the kerosene out.. Change the filter & fill it with oil ..
Put new plugs & wires,, new filters,, the rebuilt carb,,
and you should be in business...

i would change the oil, u can siphon the gas out as it might be dirty and old. check the battery to see how much juice it has. might need to be charge(i would recommend it). you dont have to take off the carberutator but spraying it with some cleaner wouldnt be a bad thing.
