Okay i've just installed vBulletin 3.8.3 on my server (Running MySQL 5 and PHP 5)
Install was fine.
I try to add a skin/theme and it says successful. But when i go to my board to look at the skin, the colours are there. BUT THERE ARE NO IMAGES.
I mean, i see all the colours of the skin, but the images, logo, header, etc. ARE NOT THERE.
I have re-installed vB EIGHT TIMES now and am getting real mad.
