I want to detect my mobile on my desktop pc, But problem is that I want to make my own application In VB.NET and I don't know how do I Code for that with my Bluetooth usb dongle. So I can transfer data from mobile to pc and pc to my mobile.
I am using HTC mobile (Windows 6.0 OS).
I am new in wireless developing.
Please help me how do I connect bluetooth. I don't have any knowledge about wireless connectivity.
