recently i reinstall windows xp sp2, for 2 weeks it was greate but after that windows became a real turtle! i reinstall it again and the same thing happened after weeks 
(( it takes 10min for startup, 5min for nod32 to run, file transfer is awfull, run a program kills me and other thing is when i want to watch my recorded movies (from camera) it just shows first 40s of it, then the MPUI will close!!!!
i have
1G ram
AMD 64 X2 dual core 4000
ATI xpress 1200
and nod32 doesnot detect ANY virus!!!!!
where is the problem? what should i do
