Hey guys whats up I'm 15 i play WR/CB and I'm 5'10 150 pounds heading into my junior year of high school and the day where i get tested in the 40 bench press and squat is on monday. I ran a 4.65 40 in June and on monday i maxed out at 185 on the bench and 305 on the squat. I have to be able to bench 155 at least 10 times and squat 205 10 times. The squatting part is easy, but i can only lift 155 5 times after my conditioning workout. What should I do to be able to lift 155 10 times in a matter of 4 days?(Without steroids)
