I just had this surgery done in April. Mine was bulging and yes, insurance will cover that. I had only one leg done. I think it was about 4,000 to 6,000 dollars. Crazy huh? But after insurance I think I owed 300.00. Not bad.
As far as the spider veins, those are considered out of pocket. Insurance will NOT cover the superficial veins. Those cost about 600.00 a treatment. And you may need 2 to 3 treaments. So those are the ballpark figures. At least in my area. I am SO GLAD I had it done! Well worth it! Good luck!
