I changed a valve cover gasket set (from Advanced Auto parts) on my Accord back in July of this year. I also changed the spark plug tube seal o-rings that came with the gasket set, because one of the tubes had oil in it. I just looked at the tubes today and dam 3 out of 4 has a bunch of oil. I was careful to torque the rocker arm and valve cover nuts according to the manufacturer specs.
My questions are: should I touque the nuts a bit more? Or did are these rubber o rings poor quality? What should I try to fix this? thanks
