Valley Ball Exercises that'll last about 50 minutes.?

I have to come up with a valley ball exercise.
One to practice Serves, Spikes/Smashes/Attacks, Overhand pass and Underarm pass.

I'm not sure if it's called Overhand or Underarm but I know in French it's (Manchette and Touche).

As you can see, I'm really not good with Valley Ball. But I need to think of a 50 minute class/exercise to practice these techniques. Also maybe include warm ups and stretches.

I'd rather hear from someone who actually does Valley Ball then to think of one my self when I can't even play properly and I don't even know the rules. Some one please help :)
