Valentine's Dessert

With kids' karate and grandparent estate duties filling up the day, a
chance to get out to dinner (and who wants to fight the crowds) wasn't
in the cards. An easy at home meal of mixed veggies, a pilaf and
asparagus/ham/cream cheese stuffed chicken breasts was the menu of the
evening. Dessert was Bailey's Dark Chocolate Pudding, recipe from
gimmesomeoven.

Ended up grabbing the wrong chocolate (a 54% Callebaut) instead of the
darker Valhrona that was beside it on the shelf. Pudding came out
sweeter as a result, but the end product was an intensely chocolate,
decadently rich dessert. Served in half filled wine-glasses with
fresh whipped cream and chocolate curls on top, SWMBO and I could have
shared one glass worth and gotten our fill.

Yum.

Saved, thanks. Hubby bought a Ghiradelli unsweetened mocha mix the
last time I put "hot chocolate" on the shopping list, so I'll use
that.
