Vaginal pain and medium bleeding?

First of all I'm not pregnant. I am on Depo Provera so I don't get my period. I haven't had sex in like 3 weeks. I get little sharp pains when I sit or stand up and it hurts to pee. I don't go often as I usually do. I've had this problem for about 2 weeks. I noticed a few red bumps but they are gone now.

I can't afford another ER visit or the doctors. There are no free clinics in my area.
