va disability when i was in the army and in ait i had a severe groin tear?

and now it has not healed in 2 yrs. it swells if a stand for to long and if i exercise . it really hurts if i pick up things that are heavy and i cant really have good relations in the bed because of my injuries. what is the idea of what my percent should be and do you think i am unemployable
