i used the search and i couldnt find a answer so please dont flame me i just dont want to brick this phone. can i flash a v3m sprint phone over to verizone with the monster pack, and then use it on cricket? is that all i have to do is just flash the monster pack to cricket or whatelse do i have to do?

you can use the cricket v3c cricket monster found on humpa.com and everything will work but u will lose the trans flash card and mp3 player.. u will be able to monster it back to the original state verizon in the future or if a v3m cricket monster becomes available in the future..
Cricket don't have v3m so there is no v3m monster for cricket.
yes you can flash the V3m from sprint to v3m verizon monster and use the micro sd. What i would recommend you is flash with the v3c cricket monster so you can use cricket click, web, and pix msg. MP3 player is not need if you so good luck.
BTW you can't not go back to sprint firmware because there is no sprint firmware available yet good luck.

go to modmymoto.com and download the moster pack for verizon....... it works..... than just change the prl as usual
